Rapper Snoop dogg caused a mild choas at the hotel he was lodged in Melbourne, Australia on Thursday morning, when his heavy smoking set off the hotels fire alarm, causing Firefighters to rush in, after being alerted by an automatic alarm at their station. They arrived to find the rapper high on cloud 9...lol.... in a ring of heavy smoke!
The first responders were reportedly surprised when the star acted like a fan of theirs, inviting them into his room and posing for photographs with them. He even posted a couple of snaps on Instagram with the messages, 'Blew it Down' and Fire dept Shut it down.'
The firefighters were delighted to be chatting with the star, who is in the city to play at the Big Day Out concert. He revealed that he had wanted to be in their profession., and even though it was a false alarm, the Melbourne Fire Brigade posted more pictures on its Twitter feed and took the chance to speak out about fire safety, adding: 'This is an opportune time to make sure you have a correctly fitted, working smoke alarm in your room.'
